Post-funeral receptions offer guests and family members a chance to spend time together and remember the person who has passed away in a more casual setting. Monton Sports Club prides itself on providing a professional yet sensitive service from enquiry through to the day itself.

We understand how difficult it can be to make funeral arrangements for a loved one and we aim to make things as easy for you as possible.

We can cater for 40 -150 guests and have different room layouts that can cater for both small and larger numbers.

For smaller groups we have an upstairs private room (available until 5pm mid-week only) that can accommodate 75 guests, and for larger groups our Cavendish Suite is more appropriate.

Both rooms have TV’s mounted on the wall if you wish to play a slide show of a loved one.

Both rooms have disabled access and lifts where necessary and we have our own car park. Both rooms have their own private bar and outdoor area. Upstairs we have a balcony which can be enclosed during our ‘wetter’ months, and downstairs a large patio area both of which look out over the cricket grounds.
